• How can I book a tour?

  You can book a tour by contacting with us by phone, e-mail or in our office Turgaus str. 7, Klaipeda.

• Can I order a tour by individual plan, which doesn’t match to the existing tours and their directions?

  Company “KLAIPEDA TOURS” organize private and group tours. All tours can be made by individual programs with possibility to choose original routes, places of interest and duration.

• How is it possible make a prepayment for ordered services?

  To confirm a booking is required advance prepayment, which is 30% of whole tour price. The advance is paid by provided invoice. Prepayment can be done by bank transfer. Also by card or cash in main office at Turgaus str. 7, Klaipeda.

• Is it possible cancel the trip and return your money if happens some unforseen circumstances?

  You can cancel your trip according this cancellation policy:

  • If it is cancelled 15 or more days before the start of the trip - there is no cancelation fee;
  • If it is cancelled less than 15 days before the trip, we return 50% of the advance;
  • If client doesn’t inform about the cancellation or doesn’t pay the amount of the trip, the organizer has right to cancel the trip and may not refund the advance.

  All reservations are confirmed after paying 30% advance. Payment must reach the organizer in 5 working days after invoice was send to client.

• What other services does offer your company?

  For our customers convenience we provide additional services, according to our customer needs. We can offer convenient travel and fast service performance all year around.

  • Excursions, individual one day tours, few days join-in tours in Lithuania and Baltic countries;
  • Car rental and transfers;
  • Parking reservations in all Lithuanian airports;
  • Hotel reservations all over the world and in Lithuania.
